At Austin's we are often asked about the secret to our mouthwatering, ever satisfying Burgers. There are a few secrets to the art of "building a better burger":
The Bun: Using fresh baked buns that are sturdy enough to handle the juiciness of our burger but remain soft and not chewy. The bun must hold together as you take your first and last bite of our burger. With a quick brush of butter and toasted sesame seeds the bun should never be an afterthought. (Austin's insider secret: whether it is a burger or any sandwich on our fresh baked buns, cut the sandwich in ½ and eat. Easier to hold and easier to eat.)
The Burger: A Choice chuck 8oz fresh ground burger is perfectly balanced to provide a full meat flavor but remain tender and juicy. Char-grilled and seasoned with our special “burger” seasoning…this burger stands alone. Topped with our aged cheddar or chunky Blue Cheese dressing.
The Accessories: Crisp lettuce, vine ripened tomatoes, vibrant fresh cut onions, zesty brined sliced pickles, classic French’s Yellow mustard, cool mayonnaise…need we say more.
